TEXTILE DESIGNS

Designs are developed as single stamps for block printing. They are inspired from Bulgarian folklore. This is my first attempt to interpret traditional designs, something I found incredibly difficult because geometric proportions between elements in traditional folklore are so strong and unbreakable :) Colour variations could be countless.
